So I remember this being an issue on my first TJ, but not nearly to this extent. When the hood is closed, the prop hits the vertical cross bar in the engine bar. This is outlined in the red circle. It seems to protrude from the hood so much that it's the first thing that touches anything when the hood is closing. It even is preventing me from completely closing that side of the hood and causes the hood to sit uneven when latched. The holster on the opposite side of the prop, the one that keeps it attached to the hood, is stock as far as I can tell. I get that there are any number of ways to fix this (including removing it and just resting the hood on the windshield), but what is the prop supposed to look like?
