Hey guys this is my first post in this community.

I recently bought a 2004 LJ and I bought it lifted. I was told it was a 3 inch lift, and that's all the info I got on the lift itself. It's clearly a full kit, springs, shocks, control arms etc.

It's about 1 1/2 inches taller in the back. What is the best way to get to sit level without body spacers?

Thanks in advanced.

Why is it sitting so much higher in the back? What brand of lift is it? Do you have a spare tire on the rear or an aftermarket bumper?

That's what spacers are for, to level things out.

If you don't want spacers you can try to figure out the sprung weight of your Jeep in the front, study coil spring rates, do the math and figure out what spring you want to go with that will level it out.

Or, you can just get a spacer.

Thanks guys.
No spare, soft top and nothing in the back. Smittybilt stinger bumper in the front. I cannot figure out the brand and the previous owner did not have paperwork for it. A guess based on the decals inside tell me orv rigged ridge. But they dont make a 3" lift based on the kits on their website. So I'm a little confused. It might be a 2" or a 4" I'm honestly not sure how to tell...

It’s easy to determine lift measure between coil perches, stock front 12” rear 8”.
Thanks. I have 15.5 in the front and 12 in the back. I think what he did was install a 2 inch lift and then installed spacers to clear his tires. Based on these pics can you tell if I can remove the rear spacer?

You don't have a spacer in the rear. The piece at the top hanging down is just a spring isolator. Basically just a thin cushion. There is a spacer for the jounce bumper though.

Also, what looks like a spacer in the front, is a factory spring isolator too.

I stacked another one on top my original one to level my Jeep out after the lift. The front isolator is about 3/4 of and inch thick.

I'm new the jeep community and im trying to learn as much as possible. This has been very helpful. Sounds like a good option for me would be to replace the factory front isolator with a 1.75" spacer. This would raise the front end 1.25" give or take, which should get me close to where I want to be.
