I have a Titan 4.7 Stroker in my 99 Wrangler. I'm running a fairly aggressive 68-232-4 Comp cam with a 460/476 lift and 206/212 duration along with larger throttle body, 24 lb inj. header, etc. I also put Chevy small block valves and springs for their larger capacity. Is there ANY way to overcome the rev limiter? Hypertech gave me 4,600 rpms but that is it. The crankshaft is stronger and the engine is balanced, I'd like to get to 5,500 rpm. Anyone?

Yes, assuming your engine can handle the extra RPMs, you can increase the rev limiter with one of the PCM tuning options mentioned in this thread:
