I wonder if these are on bags , and have the air dumped when parked ? And are aired up to only slightly obnoxious camber when driving ?

Nope, no bags. People actually set them up like this and drive around. I've seen "stanced" cars stuck on flat ground in parking lots. It's the dumbest shit right there with squatty-potty trucks, but I'm guessing they're the same gay bois and their boyfriends.
The wife went to Pidgeon Forge TN some months ago. Unfortunatly it was "ricer weekend" and there was hundreds of these driving around. But, the bags thing might be the deal you need to be able to drive one. I few degrees for hard corners maybe, but this.....

I think that's referred to as 'negative camber'. They do it because it looks cool (I guess?). That has to be horrible for tire wear.
Not the same, but I saw a video clip a while back of a lowered ricer car getting stuck on the driveway for a business. You have to just shake your head.
I've also seen pickup trucks that are so low that they have a plexi glass panel in the bed so you can see the parts underneath. I've also seen holes cut in the bed for the diff. Talk about a great way to make a truck useless.

Yup, might as well buy one of the most expensive trucks. A dually with a long bed. Then can't tow or haul anything because they ruined it.
When you lower it, the shop throws in a 15" sub so you can annoy people at stop lights.
