I have a friend who's daughter rolled a 2005 Rubicon. The tub and frame is twisted so it was totaled by the insurance company. It only has 128000 miles on it and it does drive and run. She's only asking $2000 obo for it. I'm trying to convince my wife to let me buy it and part it out. Just looking for some input on what the rubi components would be worth.

If the transfer case is good you’re already around $1200-1400. Toss in the axles, lockers, pumps, and engine and you’re making a profit.
Axles may be bent, but you could still harvest the locker pumps, actuators and carriers.
The transfer case is junk, you should give it to me, I’ll pay shipping plus 10%. 
I haven't seen it in person yet but her daughter showed me a video of her mom's boyfriend driving it ayesterday at a pretty good speed. I know that doesn't mean much but at least it is drivable

I need to get rid of my conscience and start fucking folks on parts.
I just installed a set of good Rubi axles that were set up for a mid arm that we peddled for 2300.
I recently acquired 2 NV 241OR's for a combined total of 2200 bringing my onsite number to 4 cases. (all spoken for)
I have never paid more than 600 for a set of full doors or more than 800 for a hard top. I did pay 600 for a set of half doors but only because my helper needed some cash. Those got repainted and put on Mike's rig.
I'll take the fender flares if they're not crumpled, looks like the driver's side ones are probably good

Figure out if those axles are bent, determine what your time is worth, then make your decision. Don’t forget after all is final, you will still have an eff’ed up tub/frame to dispose of. Glad to hear the driver is ok.
I'd say axles 2000 including the pumps Tcase- 1500, and the rest of the stuff isn't anything special. So.. For 2k, you'll probably do ok

My 2002 has 200,000 on it so I was thinking about using the motor if I get it. Is a 2005 4.0 pretty compatible with a 2002? Anything special I gotta do to swap them out?

The motor is fully compatible if you move all the sensors from the 02 over to it and convert it to a 2002. Otherwise, no, it is not compatible at all.
