This is how the trucking industry removes stickers and decals when they sell a rigBought my daughter a 20 year old Mazda B-4000 for her 1st car. It had the stripe/graphics package that was pretty worn and I had to remove it.
1. Heat gun. Heat up the decal and it might pull off pretty good by hand. If not, use a plastic scrapper.
2. If this doesn't work, use an eraser wheel. I think it worked pretty good.

3. Acetone for all the residue that is left behind. This was the hardest part of the job. Rub rub rub.
4. Cut and buff to match.
