Howdy all. I'm not new to jeeps in general, but have only owned this current TJ since last fall. Took an old man's word on the condition and ended up with a lemon, so I've been lurking here pretty often since then and I've done a few fixes myself (the heater core and AC part sucked!). Below is a mostly complete list of what I've had to do to it. At some point I'll post some write ups on what I did with some pictures, in case that helps somebody in the future. Next up_ addressing the low oil pressure at idle. Luckily I have access to a shop complete with tools and a lift so that helps some.

Replaced 3” body lift with 1” body lift
4” Skyjacker suspension lift (stock was worn out)
Replaced oversize tires with 32x11.50
Track bar relocation
New rear window struts
New spark plugs
New air cleaner box, replaced the homemade K&N style that was on it
Rear bumper with tire carrier
Front bumper built with receiver and tow bar
Fixed AC actuators for defrost
New rear window wiper
Fixed interior lights
Fixed speedometer gear
New upper radiator hose
New thermostat
New catalytic converter
New O2 sensors
New SYE in transfer case
New rear driveshaft
INstall rear upper control arms
New rear brakes
Fixed emergency brake
New lower shifter boot
New shift boot bezel
New shift knob
New front hub U-joints
New AC manifold hose
New water pump x 2
New belt
Greased front seats
New wheels/tires to replace rotting tires
New oil sending unit
New front pinion seal
New front diff crush washer
Fix door locks
Freeze plugs in block
New heater core
New ac evaporator
New blower motor resistor
New hvac firewall seals
New lower radiator hose
Replaced all front driveshaft joints with sealed type
New transfer case chain
Reseal transfer case
Front diff breather tube ( was missing original)
New valve cover with proper vacuum ports

That's what I remember.

Welcome. At least now, for the most part, you know exactly what you've got. 🍻

Wow, you've been busy indeed, that's for sure!

Welcome to the forum and great looking TJ!

Here in Central Texas, good to see I’m not the only one. Took the word of an older guy “was his sons in the Army” and it’s in great shape, ha.

I figure the more I do the more it’s my Jeep, and if I break it rock crawling I’ll know better how to fix it, woohoo!
