HVAC Blower Issue: Puff of Air?

That looks like someone cut that wire and rerouted it somewhere.
Since your problem started recently; I doubt that cut wire is involved in the problem, but at a later time you should find out where that wire was rerouted.
You need to download and access the PDF of the FSM as I recommended in Post #14.

Turns out it was a faulty ignition switch... per your suggestion. You sir are a lifesaver! $30 from advanced auto and I’m back in the game... airbag light went off as well. Owe you one!!!!
