Ok so if any of you are familiar with Wisconsin then you would understand it’s cold and my HVAC only blows 2.5 yes 2.5 like wedged in between 2 and 3. I have already replaced my blower motor and resistor so what should I replace next. When I change the location of blow like at the feet and body and all the spots it makes a weird noise like it’s struggling almost. If you have had this problem please post so I know how to fix this 😁

probably 2 seperate issues. Sounds like you may have a bad fan speed switch. They burn out.
the other issue with your mode doors may be due to a vacuum leak

You can buy the fan switch separate from the whole hvac control head. which will save you $$$.
Also check the connector at the blower motor resistor and blower motor. Make sure they are not melted, if so replace them.

Might be a wiring issue, did you take a good look at the wiring to make sure it isn't blackened & soaking up all your voltage?

Since you already replaced the blower motor and speed resistor; you need to disassemble the climate control console and inspect the wiring and blower motor speed control switch to see which or both are affecting the blower motor speed.
Williambmac posted links for the parts affected...

Also, there's a small plastic vaccum tube in the engine bay that starts at the intake manifold and then goes to several other places including the hvac door controls. That little tube gets brittle and cracks fairly easily. You might want to inspect that as well. Though it would possibly cause a code indicating small vacuum leak if it was cracked.
