"Coeur d'Alene shooting: Firefighters and police 'ambushed by gunman' in Idaho"​


Authorities say a suspect shot at firefighters responding to fire near Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and the sheriff said two people were killed and police were still “taking sniper fire” Sunday afternoon.

The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office said crews responded to a fire at Canfield Mountain around 1:30 p.m. and gunshots were reported about a half hour later.

Anyone know anything about this?

This sucks big time and hits close to home for those with first responders in our families. Hope they catch the bastard(s) alive but most likely not, he/they will take the coward's way out.
Then again that would save a lot of tax dollars and the pain of court hearings for the families.

Probably an MK Ultra cell they (the CIA) activated.

If that's the case, you can expect almost all information to be scrubbed from existence.

Couldn't tell you other than pure speculation.

My thought is many of these ops have to do with garnering support for gun control laws.

Maybe the CIA isn't involved at all, who knows. I have no certitude on the matter. The real way we'll be able to tell will be in the coming days if all information about this kid is scrubbed from existence.

This was terrible event in my neck of the woods. We’re familiar with that area. Setting a fire as an ambush for public servants is evil. My heart goes out to all three firefighters families. Hopefully the guy who is stable will pull through and be able to live a normal life.

Shooter's grandfather is now talking to media:

Shooter wanted to be a firefighter, esp w/respect to wildfires;

Was working in a forestry-type job as a means of pursuing that career;

Occasionally hunted hogs;

Was sometimes kind of a loner, sometimes kind of not (grandpa said slightly different things on this issue in each of the linked articles)

Shooters biological father was in the Hooligans MC in Deer Valley AZ. Neck tats and everything. Was a US Army vet (Iraq) in 2nd Cav. It was in 2nd Cav he met shooters mother and married her. Last known rank was E-6. Supposedly has mental issues (PTSD?). Was violent with son's mother and got tossed.

Mother and stepfather are conservative. Shooter became unmanageable after graduation and was sent to live with biological father. Was arrested for attacking a woman with a knife in the last year. Sentenced to 180 days (150 days suspended).
