Idle issue after cleaning throttle body

Pulled the throttle body this morning and gave it a good cleaning, removed the IAC and cleaned that as well. Put everything back together with a new throttle body gasket, fir it up and it's idling at 2000rpm. Took it for a few mile drive thinking maybe it just needed to run a bit and there's no change.

Any ideas? Could cleaning the IAC have messed it up? No CEL or codes.

Vacuum leak, something you removed and reinstalled is now letting air in.

Did a smoke test which came out okay, appears that the throttle spring is hanging up. I can put a little pressure on it by hand and the idle comes back down to normal (850-900rpms)
Is there a type of grease that's preferred to grease up the butterfly shaft/bearing?

Sounds like that part of the TB is showing its age and started wearing, and I don't believe it's butterfly valve pivot points were ever lubricated at the factory. I haven't heard of a good way to repair that area other than to replace the TB.
