Sometimes when I put my blinker on my radio and I think dash lights if I remember right go off. I can jiggle my key and they come back on. I can can also jiggle the key while engine running and have the radio cut off then jiggle the key and back on. Is this the actuator pin, ignition switch maybee both? Dont really get the whole blinker thing cutting the lights somtimes.
