Inner Fender Input

Alright I need some input. I have the Phantom TnT front tube fenders and I'm wanting to fill the gap that the so called "complete inner fender" has between it and the frame:

(screenshot of the gap from their site. I have standard shocks, not coilover).

Any suggestions on what to use to fill the gap? I currently don't have access to a garage so taking them off would be out of the question. Looking for something as simple as possible..
 
Geez, that’s a tough one. I’ll have to think. Why fill it? I guess maybe rocks could get in through there. I’ve never seen this problem, but the TNT fenders are not common on here. They look good though.

love the fenders.. hate the gap. trying to keep as much out of the engine bay as possible, including lifter tick noise :ROFLMAO:
