Hello fellow members,
The voltmeter on the panel just stays centered no matter what type of load I place on the system, but if I connect a battery charger to the batt. the instrument goes full to the right. I know this seems insignificant but Im a pilot and like all instruments in operating condition. I have a 98' TJ Wrangler with 160K miles and if the alternator should fail I would have no way of knowing this happened until it brought me to a stop. I was wondering if any of you had this problem and could offer me any advice. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. To all you dads, have a happy Father's day tomorrow.
