Hello everyone! New to the forum here. I recently picked up a 1997 Wrangler Sahara and have been fixing it up. Recently, I put a new powersteering pump, return line, pressure line, pulley for the pump, and a new belt as well as the bolt tensioner. The Jeep drives and runs great. But off and on the powersteering will go and come back on. I’ve checked belt tension and fluid level as well as removing air from new pump (AC Delco). When giving the Jeep throttle the steering always works. Intermittently fails no throttle. Thanks for reading! Any advice is greatly appreciated!

You could have a small internal leak in the steering box and/or a blockage inside the steering gear, but make sure you blead all the air out and used ATF+4 for starters.
