Hey guys, is anyone out there able to help me with a sneaky little starting issue I have with my old girl (the Jeep that is)?
On occasion my Jeep wont start. Winds over just fine but wont fire. This has only occurred about 5 times over a six month period but can happen when cold or when warm. Twice it has happened at a fuel station, somewhat embarrassing, so up to normal running temperature. Once it fires then away it goes like normal? No misfire or any indication that anything was wrong. She is a 4.0 inline six and runs real sweet normally. I have recently replaced the crank shaft position sensor so am pretty sure it isn't that. As far as I can tell it is a spark issue not fuel as if it was fuel it would happen more regularly and would experience a misfire or rough running?
Any idea's guys?
Any help appreciated.
Thanks
