the attachment points on the strip that snugs the window are broke. When I roll down the window it kinda flips and binds inside the door. I really gotta muscle it to roll the window down.
Anyone know what that strip is called and know were to get a replacement?

Go to the resources section and download all the manuals that apply to your year TJ. That will answer almost any 'what is this' type of question. OR...
Call a dealership and ask what it's called, and how much (if available). OR...
Go on Amazon, Rock Auto, etc. And look for door seals.

If you are talking about the piece that is stapled to the top of the inner door panel that wipes the glass when it rolls up and down, that is the beltline weather strip or window sweep.

This place has some but they are not quite exact.
