Is the rust on this JK bad?

I was looking at a nice JK out of state and I asked the dealer to send me a video from underneath to check out the rust if any. He sent me this and to me it looks really bad so I told them I wasn’t interested. Do you all agree?? It’s a 09 JK with 60k miles.

I know the video is bad. Should I ask for more videos or photos or just walk away.

 
Additionally, the vehicles is $15k and is lifted on new 33’s. No other red flags besides the rust.
 
I don't know if that video is worth anything. The really bad rust it shows is an exhaust pipe. The other rust may or may not be much to worry about and so much of that Jeep we can't even see at all.

While I was thinking about where the skid plate mounts to the frame, I noticed a cute little skid plate hanging from a crossmember so I guess I don't even know how rust on a JK compares to rust on the TJ.
 
Walk the fuck away.

Who knows where else that nasty rust is hiding.
