Is the wheel cylinder on a Dana 44 the same as a Dana 35?

I have a slight dragging driver side drum brake so I want to replace the wheel cylinder, emergency brake is not the problem the cylinder is just slow to retract and drags for a just a short distance. My question is this Jeep has a Dana 44 so is the wheel cylinder the same on a Dana 35 as a 44? Thanks.

The brakes, whether they're drum or disk, are interchangeable between the TJ Dana 35 and TJ Dana 44.

Same with the front, the disk brakes are interchangeable between the TJ Dana 30 and TJ Dana 44.

How can I tell which bore día wheel cylinder I need For the rear brakes? And what bore diameter are the measuring? The piston bore?
