Is there a difference between 97-02 and 03-06 rear window wiper motors?

Hello Everyone,

I am on the hunt for a rear window wiper motor for my 2001 TJ. I have seen replacement motors for 03-06' TJs and other's for 97-02'. Does anyone know the difference (if there is any) between the 97-02 and the 03-06 rear wiper motors?
 
They are impossible to locate. I don't want to order an 03-6 if they wont fit correctly or require modifying the harness etc.
OEM Part Number 55155322AC

Cardone's remanufactured is: Cardone 40-449 and they too are impossible to locate.
