Hey All, Lately i’ve been making the Jeep my daily now since i got my license. I’ve done the math and I get around 240 miles on a full tank. Is this normal or is something wrong? I’ve been having to stop 2x a week now. I have a 4.0 with a 32RH. What do you guys get?

I just calculated this a couple of weeks ago. 13.5 mpg on 35" tires and 4.88 ratio. I don't normally drive it over 55 mph, mainly around town.

On my next fill up I was going to odometer it and track it for the next few gas tanks. 35's with 4" lift I was expecting 12MPG

I got 13.7 mpg, calculated this morning. That's about average, with a mix of city, freeway, and rural highway on my commute. That's about average, it's usually 13.5 to 14.0.

The only way you should be calculating this is by filling your tank all the way up. Then reset you trip, empty the tank however far you want. Then refill, check how many gallons it took to refill and check your odometer. Calculate... Havent done it yet myself yet with correct speedo gear but I'll be able to soon. Glad I have about 3mi. round trip to/from work.

I get a pretty steady 18mpg on 32”s with 4.10 gearing. Do the math as suggested above, but on 35”s your probably doing good. It takes a lot to turn 35’s

4.0 liter, NV3550, 31" wheels, everything else stock
14-15 mpg mixed driving town/highway.
Highway only (2000 mile trip back from Texas) 19 mpg

My ‘97 with the 2.5L Auto, 3.73 gears, 31x10.5 tires, soft top/half doors and mixed driving was 15.5 miles per gallon. Religiously...

I just got my jeep and have only checked twice, and I got 16.2 mpg on on a country highway and 14.4 in town. 99 4.0 ax15 on 35s.

I fill mine at 200mi, usually get between 12-14mpg, 35s 513s 42rle
