Can't really tell from what I could see. Rotational play is normal. Vertical play in the tie rod ends is not normal and needs to be fixed ASAP!

Hahaha..mine do that....crap. They're not supposed to rotate like that? I thought if they are loose then it's bad? I can jerk on it and it won't move but it will rotate like the op video

It's normal. Side to side or up and down play is not.

The tie rod and drag link are both mounted on ball joints so that rotational play is not only normal, it's required so the mounts don't break when the axle moves up/down/sideways as it does both on the street and especially when offroad.
