Reminded me of the recent News story that we should take “the” out of our language. Not sure I could even speak if we took the & and out of our language.

We got to see 3 Golden eagles fighting over a tree branch right on the side of the road new years weekend, now those are BIG birds

Was hunting Coues deer down near the Mexico border a few years back. Watching a doe with 2 fawns milling around across the canyon, then saw the doe rear up on her hind legs, batting her hooves at the air. When I panned out with the binos, turns out, she was fighting off a golden eagle as it made multiple passes trying to swoop in and take one of the fawns. Big birds and very cool birds.
