If done correctly and you needed a hard core rock crawler, it's not a bad deal.

If your going to spend all that money, why not keep the a/c functioning? It would cost that much to build one, but I'd rather do just that. Get a stock one for 10k in nice shape, and then blow 25k on it! That's half of the fun, just buying and buying. Packages just keep arriving like Christmas!

I do wish every jeep I owned had a 6.0 ls though...just love that v8 sound!
