Jeep does not immediately shut off with key 2006 LJR

Seeing if anyone has experienced anything similar before I dig in and potentially fire the parts cannon.

Just finished my build and noticed that when I turn the key off the dash stays on the the jeep continues to run for 2-4 seconds. No other symptoms, not dieseling, not rough running, starts right back up. Just a delay from turning the key off, and everything shutting down as it should.

Could it be the ADS relay or ignition switch?

Will swap the relays around tomorrow once I have exhaust on it and see.
 
Swapped ADS and horn relay, no change. Will pull column cover and see if anything is obviously sticking. Seem like the switch is hanging up not the tumbler. Weird shit.

First volley from the parts cannon didn’t hit. Ignition pin is good, replaced switch no change. This is driving me nuts.
