In theory a really fun high tech engine . In reality , an unreliable nightmare to own . Stellantis doesn't inspire confidence that this is a workable engine . This is a lot like the 392 wrangler , only relevant at an extremely high income level .

Their current 2.0 turbo, 3.6 V6, and diesel all seem to have glitches. Stellantis ability to make a trouble free engine doesn't exist.

Cool for sure and probably fun to drive. As soon as it breaks (which it will since it's a garbage Stellantis product) it's going to be the nightmare you wish you'd never had.

The 4.0 is has its downfalls for sure. At least they've been around long enough that we're well aware of all the quirks and issues with them.

Consumer Reports (and many other publications) consistently rank them as one of the worst automakers in regard to reliability.
