Just got this TJ on a killer deal from a neighbor. Looking to make the following mods would like some thoughts before pulling the trigger:

Looking to do some light off-roading nothing to crazy.

ProComp 2in lift springs and shocks
Cooper evolution M/T all terrains 265/75 R16
1inch spacers, want more track width but new wheels to follow
some sort of Exhaust mod(not a muffler delete)
Aftermarket Pioneer single din stereo
New speakers throughout
Clear Stock looking LED head lights
Stubby bumper “mod”
Upgrade the baby winch on there. Lol

Already re-sprayed all the plastics and bumpers (looking to do the roof next) with Rustoleum textured rugged black enamel.

What do you all think? Anything I shouldn’t do, should add, or consider

Looks like a nice candidate. If it were me I would go with the factory springs, a .75" coil spring spacer, and a 1.25" body lift.
 
I like the color! Before you decide to spray the hard top, take a Mr. Clean magic eraser to it first. It might clean up nice and save you some cost/labor.

What did the PO think he could pull with that winch? Lol!
