JK Broken Track Bar Bracket?

What is the best replacement bracket for a broken axle side track bar bracket on a JK. I measured the front springs to be about a 4in lift.

Cut some flat bar with and angle grinder and use a welder to glue it back on.

Welding to the existing broken pieces on the axle tube; you may crystalize and harden the surrounding metal causing to break off again at a later time. Probably better off replacing the mount.

I wasn't being facetious, just mimic the OEM mount but with 3/16" mild steel, you probably have it in the shop?
