So I think my problem is that the front isn’t going down low enough. I also had this suspicion bc it looked like the pin needs to go down further. Is lined up and partially in hole. Any reason why it wouldn’t go down further?
If you compare pics, you rubber foot is rotated up. It needs to be flush with the bottom of that arm, as in LM's pic. Without being there, and not having one to look closely at, I don't know how to accomplish that. @lovemachine, any ideas?
Neither
We looked at it tonight. Tried to loosen sound bar. Nothing worked.
We def need the front end to come down further and I don’t know how it can. Nothing visibly is keeping it from doing it! Still need help!
Maybe this is the problem...@MaggiCzer, here's yours, with the latch closed. I circled the end of the 'foot' with the rubber pad:
and here is @lovemachine's latch closed. Again, I circled the end of the 'foot', with the rubber pad:
The position of the end of latch itself is the same. What's different is the rubber pad on your foot is not over the end of the latch, but has slid upward. Can you grab that rubber foot, pull it forward, and put it back over the end of the latch, like is shown in @lovemachine's photo?
