I have JKS Sway Bar links my 2004 Rubicon. I've had them for 2 years. Both times I have tried to service them, the bottom grease zerks won't take grease. I have to take the links off, remove the zerks, and clear the grease passage. Have any of you had similar experiences. anybody got answers or suggestions?

dirk's cheatsheet from dpg offroad suggests to forgo greasing them at all. that's what I did, but have little time on my install yet. interested in others' results as well.
Find a John Deere store. Buy a box set of SAE and a box set of Metric zerk fittings. They are a much higher quality than any other place except Kubota who only uses metric. You can go with Amazon or your local farm store parts, but half will be crap like the ones you already have.
Those two boxes should take care of any and all problems you and your kids will ever have. Possibly grandkids too.

They wear out pretty quick without grease, at least I've seen one set that did.
