I just signed up on the forum after being a creeper while i searched for a TJ. I want to thank this platform for the help in getting me somewhat educated before I pulled the trigger a couple of weeks ago. Test drove a bunch, came here for questions to ask and issues to look for and found this to be a huge help. I am not a mechanical guy so 95% of the language on here is still foreign but I am learning. I settled on a 2001 4.0 manual with 87,000 miles on it. Jeep was bone stock and I have already been tinkering with him!!
Again a very big thanks to this forum for helping me make what I think was a wise and informed purchase!!
P.S not sure if picture i posted worked?

Did this come through? Can't post pictures for nothing. Kids usually help and they are all moved out and on there own. Ha!

Thanks for the welcome. I have a felling this forum will be draining the savings account but hey we only live once!!
We are good at spending other people’s money! Usually though we all try to know what you’re trying to accomplish with your rig before recommending parts.

Welcome to the forum!

Good looking TJ! Welcome!
Looks like it's got the factory mud flaps, if I'm not mistaken. I believe those are fairly rare. Maybe not necessarily desirable to most of the folks on here, but somewhat rare, nonetheless.

Funny you mentioned the mud flaps. I was thinking about replacing them. So i guess if I do I will keep the originals!!
