I have been chasing a water leak for a couple months. It leaks on the passenger side while it’s sitting in the rain. I have checked all the places that are in several threads and all are good. My leak is in the cowl area, About 6” below the cowl seal is where two body panels meet. There is body seam sealer at the point where they meet.
Does anybody anybody have a how to on how to re seal this area?

I would think some sort of sealant would work, hell even some sort of strong caulking.

I just watched a video from Eastwood seam sealer, it looks like it definitely do the trick. I think I am going to go by the body shop and see what they say.

Got the leak repaired. Had to pull the dash and heater box out to get to it.
The auto parts store had some 3M Seam Sealer, I couldn’t believe it. Anyway got everything took out and cleaned with a wire wheel and applied the seam seal. Thanks to all for the suggestions and help.
