Leaky CCV

For some reason, my rear CCV (I believe that's what it's called) is leaking a lot of oil. I replaced it about a few years ago but it seems a bit early to change it out again. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue?

IME they weep typically. But you do need to make sure the small plastic line is not plugged with carbon build up nor is the orifice where it gets vacuum from the intake.

Did you replace the grommet too?
That's what leaks.
