Installing MCE fenders. Found some headlights and 3 wire marker/turn signals

Headlights are an H4 with an amber led ring. I'm planning to use amber ring as a turn signal.

Marker/turn lights are some cheap Amazon 3 wire led:

Wanted to know if I can run these with incandescant tail lights and incandescant headlights.

Would I need a LM470 relay?

Would I need to switch tail lights to LED? Switch both tail lights and and headlights to LED?

Shouldn't have any trouble wiring it up, just didn't know if I was asking for problems mixing all the LED and incandescent

Figured you should know I'm only installing 2 marker/turnsignals , not all ten haha

Thanks in advance, electrical is fun!

I've had MCE fenders for a few years now, I like 'em!
When I installed them I installed JK turn signals in front, and I don't remember doing anything with my flasher at all, they just worked fine I think, if I remember right.
But about 8-10 months ago I installed some LED tail lights and I tried a couple different flashers and still couldn't make them work, I don't remember the relay number, but one of them was advertised as for LED and recommended on the forum and from a trusted source, so I dunno.............
I ended up installing a resistor in the harness.
Not saying you'll have to, but for some reason I needed to. So it's an option to keep in mind too.

did you get these put in?

Ended up keeping my heated trucklights, even though I perfer a more yellow halogen..... Couldn't justify swapping them out after spending money on them 6 months ago. I did however install the mce fenders and used those led 3 wires above. Install a novika e27 or whatever it is to get rid of hyperflash. All lights work except the hazard. Relay freaks out when you turn on the hazard and just clicks like crazy. Turn signals are temporarily mounted in my Motobuilt stubby bumper since it had 3/4" holes in it and I was on a time constraint to get them in really quick. Obviously the oem fender cover alot more so plenty more things need painted and buttoned up.
