I have a 98 TJ. Last year I had to replace the front left (forward facing ) light bulb socket. Everything worked great up until a couple days ago.
Now I have a problem where the left front facing and side bulbs on the left front won't flash.
They will come on steady when the headlights are on.
The right turn signal works correctly and all associated lights on the right side flash correctly when the right turn signal is engaged.
When I try to use the left turn signal the rear left turn light flashes quickly, faster than normal, and the front left lights (front and side) do not flash or come on at all.
I have tried replacing the bulbs on both multiple times and proven that the bulbs are good by trying them on the right side.
The only thing I can think is that maybe the left front side socket has gone bad. I can't imaging that the new front facing one I installed last year has gone bad.
Any ideas ?
