Lift Kit Brand

I purchased a 2002 TJ that already has a lift on it. I am trying to figure out what make the lift is. the only thing I have found is number on the front spring that says, 07 05 RM60080 See attached. I believe it is a 4" lift but I am not sure fo the manufacture? Any Ideas?
