Lift recommendations for 2000 TJ

What I mean is, is it any cheaper to simply buy the DDB ends and custom build the shafts? When the time comes, I’ll probably just do the rears at 3” of lift.

It's more or less a wash at building arms vs. buying them complete. If you have access to the tools to build your own, it might save a little.

When I priced out building my own arms with JJ's It only "saved" me a couple hundred bucks, and that didn't include any powdercoating or account for my time. I would assume the DDB set-up would be similar...not sure what they charge for the bare bushing.

Yeah, for 40 bucks, I don't know why anyone considers these bushings. For 50 +/- you can buy a johnny joint. Now, if the DDB or Metalcloak bushings were 20 dollars...I think you'd have a case.

What does the $40 give you? Is that the DDB bushing with the barrel and a threaded shank?

That's actually not so bad. A duroflex joint of similar is $59. The bushing itself is $19.
