It’s had 7 owners (7th owner purchased this year) and spent most of its life in Michigan and Minnesota. It’s also had a price drop. With those two things in mind, along with no photos of the frame or underside, it may have rust issues. Definitely worth a look at that price point though.
Edit: look at the bolts and clamps in the engine bay. Def has seen some rust inducing environments.

I see it now, the rear bumper attachment is rust.

I looked at this one the day it arrived on the lot. While it wasn't the creampuff I had hoped for or expected given the low miles and 1 owner, the frame was in good shape and the price was reasonable.

Not crazy about the color, I would seriously consider trading my TJR for this one. I really miss my 04 Unlimited.
