Local Drag Strip Carnage

We took a trip to the local Drag Strip for test and tune today. My buddy just did an LS swap into an S-10 and this was his first time to the track (ever as a driver). He did OK, he ran a 13.98 on his first run and got faster every run as he got more comfortable. His last run was 13.6 on street tires.

All of that just to show you these pics from a Dodge 2500 diesel pickup who had a bad day at the track.

Had a transfer case do that once. 240 miles left on the warranty.

A Cummins with a tune can make short work of an aluminum transfer case.

Should have called AA and got an atlas! My 4.6 stroker can do the same thing! Hahahaha
