Looking to make the step up to 35's.
I've been modding for the upgrade and looking at what is available for my existing 16" wheels that came with the Jeep when I purchased it.

I've narrowed it down to these five tires and will welcome any input on them.
I'm currently running Duratracs, but wanted to get something a bit more aggressive for the rocks.
Not a DD, but do drive to the trails.

Guess it depends upon what your budget is...
I wheeled in Moab for many years with GY MTRs driving to and from the trails...
Great traction with good highway manners...

Your size would be 315x75R16

I voted for the toyo because that is the only one I have any experience with, even though that was 15 years ago. My friend ran them and had no complaints. Good traction for all our wheeling up here. Not the best but definitely not the worst.

Ya, was trying to look in the 250-300 per tire range.

I’ve been impressed with my extreme country’s. I bought mine from Summit and after rebate they were $180 each delivered. That was 35x12.5x15’s though.

I’ve driven them on separate wheeling trips to southern CO, Moab and Drummond island. About 30,000 miles so far. They have held up great and gone everywhere I wanted.

Mickey Thompson mtz p3 always has deals going on. Right now a set of 4 on 15” is $760 after two rebates and you get free shipping. Saves you plenty to buy 15” rims you like and offset it more by selling your 16’s. The load range C in 15” tires is a huge plus also. They obviously sell them in a 16” but for some reason the $200+80 rebates aren’t showing up for the 315 size.
