Looking for inspection in Oahu

Hi everyone, as the title states I will soon be moving to the island of Oahu in Hawaii and will be taking my TJ with me(2001 Sahara, 3.5in lift, 33x12.50r15x10 with 4in of backspacing. Does anyone know of any lenient inspection shops on the island that I can take my TJ to for inspection. My tires currently stick out a pretty decent amount (2-3in) and I am pretty worried I won’t be able to pass inspection. I have looked on Facebook marketplace for stock tires there but have come up empty handed. Any ideas on places to go or other ways to pass inspection?

You might get stock wheels/tires local before you load it on a boat then just unload them on the island after passing. Maybe you can jam the smaller ones in the cab when it ships? For obvious reasons parts are more expensive there, if you can get a free ride you might make a buck.
