Looking For Rear Brake / Turn / Reverse Light Options

Looking for options to replace my current Halogen (OEM) tail/brake/reverse lights on my 2003 Jeep Wrangler Sahara.

Thoughts?

Would like to replace the entire unit but am not coming across much (Found this - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007CC22NM/?tag=wranglerorg-20) to replace the assembly, and most of the LED bulbs are saying they might require an in-line diode to stop any hyper flash.

Has anyone had success with a direct replacement bulb that they would recommend? Looking for something that will provide plenty of light when in reverse also.

I have the Quadratec LED rear lights, they're stupid bright and were an easy install

I've been really happy with these so far. They are much brighter than the original tail/ reverse lights. I didn't have any trouble with hyper-flashing but I already had the LED flasher installed so maybe that made the difference in my case?
