for a little while now, my rear passenger brake light and turn signal have not been working, I turned it on one day and got the typical double speed flash and went to replace the bulbs only to find out that it still didn't work after replacing. I replaced the relay and the problem persists. As far as I can tell, the wires have not rubbed on anything causing them to short out, the light housing seems to be in fine condition. and when I disconnect the harness and test with a multimeter connected to the ports and a ground I get power from 2 of the 3 wires going into the light. Any thoughts on what this could possibly be before I have to pull out all the wiring? I am not the best at electrical issues so any help is appreciated.

Your multimeter could show proper voltage but when you put a load on it like the light, a faulty ground could make it fail.
