Loose ground strap

Just noticed this ground strap that’s attached to the fire wall and not connected to anything on the other end. Looks like it’s supposed to be connected to the bracket that holds the throttle cable but not sure. Little help please.

I thought it normally went to the stud on the back of the cylinder head?

Isn't that the flat one that runs from the hood to the firewall?

Thanks and that makes sense but that strap is there. This one is bolted to the fire wall in the same place as that one but has come loose from somewhere.

Must be as there is no strap attached to the hood

Thanks guys, found the location on the center rib of the hood.
