Lol yea that snowflake video is badass. Our spindles have 40,000rpm capabilities, but you can’t control the spindle temps at that rpm. We run them at 35,000 and things got controlled again.

You think they did a pretty good job, it fits nicely and you can tell it is close tolerance. Then they pick it up and rotate it and it falls back in the same way. That is the badass part.

Transitional parts are some of my favorites. This is one I did as a test cut on our newest machine. One pass, completely different designs top and bottom.
