Mashed control arm mount

So I am doing some PM after last weeks wheeling trip.
Looking around I first came across this passenger side, frame side lower control arm mount.
So do I heat it up and bend it back? Bend it back without heat? Or do I need to cut it out and replace it?

BFH with no heat here. Heat might make it easier though.

If you can get a big crescent wrench on it, they work well. Maybe unbolt the arm and push it up into the bracket slightly to get the wrench on the bracket.

I can take it apart and bend it back. My question is which is better to heat it and bend it or bend it cold

I wouldn't heat it, they bend easy enough without. You could have it fixed before you could get it heated enough to make a difference.
