Metal clinking noise when shifting

New owner/member. Thanks for having me on the forum.

2004 SE 2.4L 5 speed
Previous owner installed a new clutch within the last 6 months
Clinking noise (easily heard and felt through shifter) sequence observed as follows:

• While in motion
• Press clutch (clink)
• Shift from 1-2 (clink)
• Release clutch (clink)

Same happens from 2-3, etc... Clicking only happens while in motion, not from standstill. Otherwise drives/accelerates fine without any grinding or slipping.

Any knowledge shared on this would be greatly appreciated.
