Matter of fact getting caught NOT locking your footlocker could get you & your barracks mates in more trouble than not making your bed properly or other infractions.

Your whole bay would suffer too if someone left their footlocker unlocked... And it happened more than once..

When I was cadre for the NCO Academy and I'd find one unlocked it was LOTS of FUN...

I always preferred the locker toss over the mattress stacking. One troop didn't make his bed right. Spent a whole evening stacking all the mattresses in the bay in 3 equal stacks that had to be dress right dress. If we didn't do it fast enough we had to do it again.

That troop wasn't very popular. Especially considering he didn't shower until week 3 when we tossed him in a shower.

Damn, we had a guy like that too.... His neck was green from his dog tag chains... A blanket party in the shower helped him see the light.
