Misfire cylinder 4

I keep getting this error message. Change all spark plugs (needed changing), all good for a week. Get sane error again. Change the coil rail. All good for a week and then get message again.

I am thinking maybe a loose wire in the wire harness to the coil rail?

If so anyone know what color wire is for cylinder 4?
