Misfire on 2003 TJ

What about wires? My Autozone in town only offers Delphi or Duralast coil packs

Wires? There shouldn't be spark plug wires. If it's coil packs, there are no spark plug wires.

I wouldn't use any Autozone brand parts ever... 9 out of 10 times, they'll just cause check engine lights on our TJs, which are notorious for rejecting aftermarket sensors other than OE Mopar.

You can certainly try them though. Just make sure you save the box and the receipt, because if for some reason they cause a CEL, that will be the reason.

No need to replace the coil pack yet, and if you get to that point avoid using Autozone's Duralast store brand. Chris's Autolite XP-985 plug was a great suggestion. Newer 4.0L engines with the coil pack ignition are fussy about the type of spark plugs it will run well on. It will miss and backfire with single-tipped platinum spark plugs like the Autolite AP-985 or Champion 3034.
